First question would be what all is performed at the branch level, what documentation is kept at the branch level and what type of oversight is maintained regarding branches.

And what does your enterprise wide risk assessment say about risks at your branch level???

Vault dual control, cash drawer counts before teller vacations, can cash be given to employees from internal accounts, if so under what circumstances?

Those would be my high risk areas.
