We are in the process of developing a closed-end variable rate consumer loan product (mainly to be used for personal investment loans). Annual interest payments and principal due at maturity.

I have searched through Reg Z and am clear on the TIL disclosure requirements but what I can't find are the subsequent rate change notification requirements. I only see rate change rules for mortgages and not non-mortgage loans. Am I missing something here?
