Look at other areas in your bank for ideas on how they structure titles. Personally, I don’t like the word “junior” in a job title. I’d just try and stick with nothing at entry level and then add a “Senior” for a higher level. A lot can depend on your bank, what the person does and where they fall in the org chart. A few could be:
BSA [insert any of the below here]
Assistant, Coordinator, Analyst, Clerk, Representative, Technician, Processor
You could get creative and put two together:
Assistant Coordinator, Assistant Analyst
Or some banks use roman numerals
Analyst I, Analyst II
