People are sensitive to job titles. We all are.
Currently, we have rather innocuous titles for BSA senior clerical staff. I want to update the titles but I am asking for generally accepted titles, ie are you using BSA junior analyst, BSA specialist?

I am not sensitive about my job title only the amount deposited into my account every two weeks. I would never call someone a BSA specialist, this may imply they know everything about BSA.

I started out as a BSA analyst and now am called BSA Officer

Look at other areas in your bank for ideas on how they structure titles. Personally, I don’t like the word “junior” in a job title. I’d just try and stick with nothing at entry level and then add a “Senior” for a higher level. A lot can depend on your bank, what the person does and where they fall in the org chart. A few could be:

BSA [insert any of the below here]
Assistant, Coordinator, Analyst, Clerk, Representative, Technician, Processor

You could get creative and put two together:

Assistant Coordinator, Assistant Analyst

Or some banks use roman numerals

Analyst I, Analyst II

we use BSA Analyst 1, 2, and 3...higher the number, greater the experience, grade level, repsonsibility, and pay
