Audit found that one of or retail nondeposit brokers business cards were by the teller window. The cards have all the appropriate disclosures and tellers were not handing them out - they somehow just got moved. Audit says this is a violation of interagency guidance and wrote up in audit. I can not find anything that says you can't have business cards by teller window - all I find is that the business cards have to be in compliance. Does anyone know more about this than me????

I think it is a borderline call, but you are going to have a hard time fighting it.

They are probably referencing the INTERAGENCY STATEMENT ON RETAIL SALES OF NONDEPOSIT INVESTMENT PRODUCTS:

https://www.fdic.gov/regulations/laws/rules/5000-4500.html

Read 2. Setting and Circumstances.

I think you could interpret this pretty broadly.
