The Great White North
Deceased customer's accounts were settled with a transfer affidavit resulting in more than $10,000 cashed out to the beneficiary. My question is do we just file the CTR on the Beneficiary or do I include the Deceased person's information as well?

Regardless, of what a transfer affidavit may be in your state or your bank, the recipient conducted the transaction on his own behalf.
