No problem - I appreciate you taking the time to take a look at this, especially since my initial question was not very clear, either. I'm referring to SCRA § 531(a)(1)(A)(ii).

Finding the index the law refers to has been problematic more than once for me. In my 30 years I've never had an issue with the amount as it is more than any home rental I've addressed with an SM and I refer to the index, not the value when I train. If it becomes an issue I'd find it. Otherwise it isn't worth the effort IMHO.
