We were wondering if you can do a deferral/extension on a mortgage loan? We have been told no and been told yes as long as the escrow is paid. Please advise!

I don't know the answer but I can tell you that you'd have to keep flood in mind. This offer would be part of "MIRE - make, increase, renew, extend".
