I had the 2005 version printed and bound and still have it. (It works great as a doorstop even today!) I'm sure that Kinkos could repeat the feat. The paper version of the 2007 & 2010 editions (courtesy of the OCC) sit on the nearby shelf where they always have. Their only use was as a visual aid to demonstrate their existence and explaining how they could be ordered.
Repeating the process I went through for the two previous editions, I'm about a third of the way through highlighting and annotating the December, 2014 electronic version on a thumb drive that I can access in the office or when I travel. The Adobe software necessary for the task is a bit expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives.
A searchable electronic version has 10 times the functionality of the paper tomes.
