We're clearing out the storage vault and I'm having a total brain freeze remembering how long to keep paid-out loan files. I know for withdrawals and declines it's 12 months for commercial and 25 months for consumer. Is it 25 months for all paid-out loans both commercial and consumer? I've done a quick search and danged if I can find it.

Thanks for any help.

Usually it is five to seven years based on the statute of limitations for lawsuits. I don't know Florida law. State banker associations usually sell retention guidance books.
