I am wondering if anyone/everyone still checks endorsements on checks. If so, do you set a threshold and what is that amount? If so, who checks those in your bank?

we check endorsements during our daily signature verification process on items $1500 and up and we do return for irregular (checks payable to businesses and endorsed by individuals) or missing endorsements (particularly checks payable to two parties and endorsed by one (of course with "and" stipulated between the payee names.
