Help me understand if I am imagining this, or it is actually stated in state statutes:

A POA cannot change or make a POD designation on an account unless, the POA document itself expressly allows such an activity? I believe that 244.41(1)(d) states this, but I want to make sure I am not over reading, missing or over interpreting something here.

that is how I am reading that statute and I believe you are correct. Wouldn't hurt to get another opinion though.
