Does a revocable trust fall under the beneficiary definition of a "person"? I see at some point corporations in Florida could be considered as beneficiaries, but I don't see anything that specifically states trusts could fall under that definition.

Nevermind. I see that "person" is defined in 1.01(3) and includes trusts.
