Has there been changes to HMDA census tracts at the FFIEC site?
I was checking HMDA data and ran the same address twice and go two different census tracts?
Did I miss something?

I would try once more! Perhaps the system was updating, things do go through improvements. Otherwise, click on their "contact us" button and report it.

Make sure you are pulling from the correct year. Yes they can change from year to year.
