"Hitler's Austria" by Evan Burr Burkey. Just got back from Austria and wanted to learn more about just how cozy Austria as a nation really was with National Socialism, both before and after the Anschluss.

Finished Ashes, Ashes and started "The Here and Now" by Ann Brashares. It's harder to get into. Not sure why Ashes, Ashes got mixed reviews, I thought it was good.

The Secret Life of Henrietta Lacks -- it's a little more science-y than I usually read, but very interesting!

Let's see. Currently reading the 2nd book in the Hollows series by Kim Harrison. Also reading a promo copy of "Your First Visit To Disney the Easy WDW Way" as a favor to provide a review. And listening to the 3rd book in Alexandra Bracken's series that starts with "The Darkest Minds". I think that's all for right now.

Currently reading the 2nd book in the Hollows series by Kim Harrison. LOVE those! I'm looking for new reading material. The last couple of Kindle books that I've started I've ended up deleting after the first chapter or so due to poor writing. You'd think I'd learn to download samples first.

I just finished "Sea of Tranquility" a teenage romance. I finished a book while on an airplane, and had this one, for some reason, on my tablet, so I started reading it.
It started off ok, with details being cleverly revealed one by one, like peeling an onion, but then it just degenerated into a slow-moving teenage romance. The ending was both predictable and unbelievable.

I'm reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" as an adult. Having read it in high school (some 20+ years ago) I had a much different view of it.
