If a DDA is linked to an overdraft line of credit (a Reg. Z LOC) and we want to charge a transaction fee per pull from the OD LOC, would the fee be charged and disclosed as a deposit fee? And no fee disclosed on the loan side (because the charge and disclosure is already made as a Reg. DD fee?
