In May 2014 the bank closed the only branch in a particular county that is within a MSA. Before May 2014 the AA consisted of 2 counties, while at year end the AA consists of 1 county (due to closure of branch). For the 2014 submission, which AA do I use, 2 counties or 1 county?

Use the AA at year end. Any adjustments are taken care of in the performance context at exam time.
