I don't believe this is a reportable transaction but just want to make sure. We financed the purchase of a condo building, which borrower intends to see each unit. We are only financing the purchase of the building. Not HMDA reportable, correct?

Then I will report it as a 104 family since these are individual condo's that will be sold and for owner occupancy I will report as a 2 Not owner-occupied.

LC, can you clarify the purchase? Did your customer purchase a completed/unoccupied 104 unit condo, or was it construction? Usually, the builder sells units during the construction stage, so the building would not necessarily be fully available for investment.

Actually this is not construction they are condos ready to be sold. Our customer is buying the bldg.

Then this is a purchase for HMDA of multiple 1-4 family units, non-owner occupied.
