If law enforcement hasn't seen the SAR yet but we want to make them aware of it, can we actually provide the SAR to them (of course after we ensure they are with law enforcement).

We have a contact at the local PD that we want to make aware of the situation, but it appears the SAR hasn't loaded into their system yet.

I thought I read somewhere that we could, but I can't seem to find that written anywhere.
