we have signed with a on-line Zillow/lending tree type organization to give us leads.
this has resulted in a couple of requests to go on our internal do not call list.
my question is if the same person next year goes back and applies via this on-line organization, who in turn gives us the lead and we call the person - would we be in violation of the do not call rules.
he invited calls by going back on line - but the law talks about express invitation, and can you give express invitation without know we are the lender that will get the lead?
