I have been researching mobile banking, specifically mobile deposits. Does Reg CC apply to this type of deposit? When must a FI make the funds available? Can the funds availabilty be determined by an agreement between the financial & its customers or are there regulations that must be followed?

No. There may also be other posts, but since there have not yet been changes to Reg CC, espeically in terms of addressing remote deposits [images], I believe most of the information to still be accurate.
