Is there standard language prescribed by state law that should be on our safe deposit box admissions record? Didn't find anything in TX state statutes search, but want to verify.

I've been in several of Dave McGuinn's sessions and don't ever recall specific language being required.
I would recommend his SDB manual - has a state specific section.
