Scenario, bank has multiple branches, multiple states. Only 1 office is in an MSA. Bank reports geocodes for all loans in the MSA where the office is located, and geocodes for all loans in one state; but, they are reporting NA for all the loans in another state.

Is it acceptable to use option 1 and report geocodes for non-msa loans in one market and report NA for geocodes in another market or is there a requirement that they be consistent among their non-MSA loans?

I would expect consistency across the bank on this particular issue.
