If you use Bridger for OFAC, you will receive reports with two column: records and scanned. The number appearing under Scanned is always a bit higher. What is the difference?
Called Bridger,,,rep doesn't know and has to ask someone.
Can you be more specific as to the reports you're talking about?
Just off the top of my head, I could attribute it to having extraneous fields in the file which would have been part of the scan but aren't officially records because they aren't formatted properly. But I'm only guessing.
Scan Files Run Report. We retrieve this monthly and keep it as our documentation that we performed our OFAC scans. Report shows date/time of scan/file name/search policy/records/scanned/found/errors
I'm not finding the exact report you're referring to... perhaps we're on different versions of the software. Bridger is usually really good about returning calls so hopefully they'll be able to give you definitive information.
