What kind of policy or procedures do you have in place for a quadriplegic who cannot sign their name? This is for a customer opening the account online and we do not yet (but in a few months) have the ability for the e-signature.

If you are dealing with someone with a disability, make sure you understand what is required of you by the Disabilities Act. We had someone who was blind and deaf inquire about an account. It was our responsiblity to provide communication with the customer either thru technology or by hiring an interpretor.
