Can anyone share what they use to document CIP for applicants that live in a Mobile Home and are travelling the U.S. and thus do not have a permanent residential address?

Questions regarding "motor home" and boat dwellers were common when the regulations were first issued. I attempted to go back and find one of them, but CIP's inception date is out of the search range.

The regulation provides that you can use the address of a next of kin etc. for an individual:

3) Address, which shall be:

(i) For an individual, a residential or business street address;

(ii) For an individual who does not have a residential or business street address, an Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) box number, or the residential or business street address of next of kin or of another contact individual; or

[abridged]

The "customer" should be able to come up with something, just as they would if they were checking into a hospital. Verify what you receive.
