On withdrawals, do we do the rate spreads and report if it went all the way and we have the final paperwork (Final TIL) to get it from?

Since I've been doing HMDA I've been told that we just put N/A for the rate spread, but I just thought about this more, if I have one that was withdrawn at the closing table of course I have the Final TIL to get the APR and then get the rate spread do I go ahead and do the rate spread and report it since I can? Or still do not do it since it's a withdrawal?

OK
Non-originated loans always have "NA" reported for the rate spread. The GIR can confirm this for you.

This is located in the GIR in Appendix A on page 8.

"Enter “NA” in the case of an application that does not result in a loan origination."
