I am struggling for direction on this, and need help. When you have a business loan that is secured by a 1-4 family residence, and you send out the 45 day HUD delinquency notice to the borrowers, do you also have to send the notice to any guarantors or endorsers on the loan? Our system is set to drop the notice to the borrower(s) on the loan and is not set to pull guarantor information for an additional notice drop. I am looking for a requirement or directive that says the guarantors must be included on this delinquency notice drop.

I have read many posts and references but am still unclear on the requirements regarding who is the "borrower" on these loans for the purposes of the 45 day HUD Delinquency notice.
