Does the Board need to approve the Lender Compensation packages under the Dodd-Frank Act? I have seen it done at other banks but cannot find regulatory requirement under 1026.36.

I just looked at reference material from an FDIC webinar and there is no mention of board approval. I did have ours board approved.
