Is there any required verbiage for delinquency notices for closed end loans. If so, where can I find it/model form?

Not sure if you own the accounts or service for others, but either way the best practice is to include the negative information notice (FCRA) and the mini-miranda warning (FDCPA) in all delinquency notices.
