Unless the thing is bleeding money via estate and property taxes, I can't see why these knuckleheads would unload this place. Crazy!
Just split it up between the 700+ ranch-hands and let them enjoy it. Or fold that sucker into an irrevocable trust with orders to never sell unless insolvent.
People are dumb.
