I noticed there wasn't much uproar over the flaying of an old lady this week. That seemed odd considering the drama on social media from the week before.

It's probably hard to have drama on social media when a majority of those on social media don't know what flaying is.

I was just happy that this past weeks episode was as entertaining as previous season's episodes were.
I also agree that it is crazy that Senators are up in arms over a tv show when there are real villians in the real world. Honestly it is a cable show on at night.

and really the Sansa scene did not "show" anything .... not like the Cercie and Jamie scene where they were in a "compromising position' ON THEIR SON'S CASKET

The Sand Snake fight was very disappointing as well. I feel like they have done a poor job with them up to this point. The cell scene Sunday and the torture of the merchant captain was the closest they have come to displaying their deadly nature.

I just wish they would spend more time on Arya's storyline.

I always felt like the Sand Snake stuff in the books was a waste of time anyway. At least so far, it doesn't really seem to move the stories anywhere interesting. (Maybe in the next book it becomes more important.)

Well they are responsible for Myrcella getting disfigured in the book. But as you have stated, that storyline did not got anywhere interesting.

I don't care what they do to Sansa but if they kill off Arya, I'm done with the show. She's my favorite character.

Arya was my favorite character in the books, too. I won't give any spoilers, but if they follow her story line in the books, it will be getting very interesting soon. But they're not following most of the other story lines.

Stannis's daughter is a real possibility. I would love for Ramsey to die a horrible death. Maybe at the season finale.

I would rather see Ramsey flayed. And they can cut of any extra bits and pieces.

MBH - I've read the books too so I'm hoping they stick with her story line. So far the writers seem to be keeping her storyline from the books.

I vote for Ramsey to be killed off this season and I hope Sansa is the one who does it.

Did you notice Sansa picking up something that could be a weapon in the last episode...hmmm. Wonder if she will stab the crazy psycho in the neck with it? It would be a great end to the season! Ahh, loved seeing Cersi some of what she deserves...with her brother off on the "sensitive mission" what will ever happen to the king and his kingdom?

I did notice Sansa pick up the weapon. Olenna Tyrell will take full advantage of Cersi's incarceration and turn the tables.

So much for episode 9 always being the big episode of the season. If it gets bigger next week I will be shocked. That might be one of the best episodes they have ever had.

I thought the whole episode was fantastic but the last 15 minutes were amazing!!!
