Just FYI, for those who are using LaserPro, there is a LaserPro specific thread in the Private Threads that discusses LOS specific issues. Same goes for some of the other LOS systems.

We are using the Mortgagebot POS and Enterprise LOS from D&H and things are working pretty well. The POS is ready to go and the LOS is almost there. Some minor tweaking on our end, but D&H has been wonderful throughout this entire process! We ran our lenders through Mortgagebot LOS this week and feel much better.

How long have you used the MB-LOS system? We're a Laser Pro shop and wondering if their mortgage bot los would be easier?

We were planning on using Compliance One Mortgage but they are still not able to support a single pay, interest only loan and can not give us a date as to when this will be available so we are in the process of looking to switch to Pierson and Patterson.

Is anybody using Point and DocMagic? If so, are you going to use DocMagic for the disclosures? Our understanding is that Point and DocMagic aren't working together - fix is supposed to be in the 9/25 release. Looking for confirmation that we're being told the same thing as anyone else using Point.

We have been on it for 2.5years and it has been pretty good. Smaller lenders should realize it is extremely time consuming to maintain the system as all admin is done by you!

I use Point and Doc Magic. They are DEFINITELY not interfacing correctly. The Closing Disclosure doesn't look anywhere close to being correct. I'm planning on calling DocMagic's technical support and having them walk through the interface and a test loan so I make sure they know what the issues are

I use JHA OnBoard, with WKFS docs. Any others out there that use the same?

For the Compliance One Mortgage users, are you having trouble with construction only loans that include the purchase of the lot that is going to be built on?

Point release was installed over the weekend. Our understanding is that DocMagic can't build the interface without Point's final version. Does that tie to what you've been told?

Waiting for a JHA Onboard release this week. Training for mortgage personnel for the next week.

Does anyone using Calyx have any knowledge about the reason Calyx pulled back last weekend's release? Their notice is less than helpful.

Laser Pro - Still having some issues with the LE and CloD. I think they are suppose to do another patch today, but I haven't heard anything yet.
Getting a little worried.

NSF - They released that the LP update is available today. Corrects a couple issues, the biggie for us is the netting of 0 tolerance changes. Now 0 tolerance per item should be calculating correctly.

Has anyone had issues with the Calyx update sent out on 10/3 causing PMI calculations within templates to calculate incorrectly?

One of the last updates caused in issue in our previously created templates with the PMI monthly premiums calculating lower than they should have. After testing a new template, our fix was to rewrite all our templates. This seemed to solve the issue. Now my problem is determining if any GFEs or LEs were sent out with inaccurate PMI premiums and how to disclose the change to the customer.

We picked that up in testing on Calyx. It was on ARM loans and lowering the PMI monthly payment $10 per year which never let it get to the point of disclosing the impact of an actual rate change. It's been fixed, but I don't know if it was a Calyx fix or our Loan Ops Manager rewriting the templates (betting on the latter).
Our current issue is getting HOA dues to populate in the LE.

Our current issue is getting HOA dues to populate in the LE.
What issue are you having? We found that if we put "HOA Dues" paid to Lender at 0 months at $XX in Block 9 - Escrow deposit on the fee worksheet, then they show on the LE as Additional Costs, include the $XX in the estimated monthly taxes, assessments payment, and show them as not escrowed.

Wondering if anyone has seen this issue with Encompass and how was it handled?
We have a borrower that used a title company from our service provider list that is not an affiliate. This would make it subject to 10% tolerance.
When we put it into Encompass we listed it as services they could shop for but didn't and made it payable to "other". Encompass moved this to the "services you did not shop for" section and recommended a cure for the entire amount of the charges as if it was never disclosed on the Loan Estimate. We manually cured to the 10% tolerance but was wondering why this happened.
