It’s my understanding that the flood insurance regulations require notification to flood insurance providers for any changes in mortgagees. I’ve been going through the Flood Compliance Manual and can’t seem to locate the regulation pertaining to such, unless I'm searching in the wrong area. If anyone could please direct me to a link or reference as to what regulation addresses notifying flood insurance providers of changes in mortgagees, I would greatly appreciate any guidance.
