So if I understand this correctly, the FSE, SSI and NS-PLC list will now all be included on one list, the SDN list? Sorry...my mind is fried from too much compliance.

Not quite.
The SDN list is the SDN List.
Other lists that are not part of the SDN list but have been created due to Executive Order are all on the "Consolidated List." These can be found using the link below:
Instead of having to upload multiple files for the SDN list and all of the others (which would be 4 or 5 files) you have two. The SDN list and the Consolidated lists.
