We discovered an error in how some of our loan codes were mapped to the call report. This unfortunately affected our reporting of certain small business loans on our CRA Loan Register. We over reported 40 or so loans for 2014.

I have emailed CRAHELP, but have yet to receive a response (it's been 2 weeks). Are there any guidelines/info for resubmitting your CRA file? I haven't had any luck finding anything...I can only find HMDA resubmission guidelines/info

All you have to do is repeat the original process and submit the full file with the corrected data if you submitted via the internet.

How did you submit the original file?

By encrypting the file with our software and then emailing CRASUB@FRB.GOV

Email the revised file with "Complete Resubmission" in the subject line.

You should receive new response emails.

Same question...but different year. During a recent exam it was discovered we made some errors on our 2013 submission. The EIC said we should resubmit our 2013 data. (I don't understand his point in wanting me to do this so long after the fact but....) I too emailed CRAHELP but got no help. We use the FFIEC software to submit. I recall reading someplace that there was a window of time open to resubmitting but now can not find details.

We recently discovered some incorrect coding ourselves and emailed HMDAHELP which responded in a few days, saying that 2013 can be resubmitted until this November.

You should be able to resubmit 2013 until late 2015. You can resubmit using the 2013 FFIEC software.
