If a procedure is more than 10 pages and has links to related procedures, what's the likelihood that a banker will even bother reading and following it?
And why am I bothering to review it?

So far today I have cleared the time on the microwave, closed the lid on the copier, and straightened the window blinds in the lunch room so they are all even. Anything else I can do for you?
