The new Closing Disclosure does not compare each estimated fee to the actual fee, and does not break these out into the 3 tolerance categories either like the current HUD Settlement Statement does. How will you be checking to see if tolerances are exceeded?
I currently do not see any programming to have tolerances checked. While I would love to see an update with that programming, I do not see where they would input those fields in the screens they've put into place.
I am hoping that our Closing software will take care of this for us.
