We have a place that makes Ice-cream at the store, called Handels. they had a Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge that was pretty amazing. It was a rich chocolate Ice-cream with Chunks of Peanut Butter in it.

Penn State University has a creamery that makes wonderful ice cream. Ben and Jerry actually started their business after taking a correspondence course at PSU.

I've had Handel's. Good stuff, they were founded in Youngstown and have a bunch of stores in NE Ohio.
