HE loan has a change of circumstance and it is supposed to close in two days. Since we are completing a new GFE and TIL does that delay the closing date by three days? Or only if the APR increases by .125%?

If your APR is not going up by more than the allowable tolerance, why are you re-issuing a TIL???

That was my second thought also...will find out if it is from our processor. But if it is, then we would wait the additional days?

If you are mailing the documents, you would actually have to wait six business days before you can close. There are some very nice tools available through BOL to help with this issue (as well as others).

I meant if it wasn't outside of tolerance it would be a meaningless piece of paper. Of course you have to wait if it was. I thought that was a given as you already acknowledged that in your first post.
