I am not familiar with a document titled memorandum of trust/certificate of trust. I searched it on-line and it seems to be a summary of a trust. Is this document the same as trust papers? Can I use this document to open accounts (The document does not specifically state that it can open accounts)? Do I need the complete Trust document to open accounts?

Some banks use a certificate of trust rather than getting the actual trust documents. It is really a bank decision.
