On a business signature card is it a requirement to list all of the account signers of the business under the account ownership section of the form? Is it a violation to list account signers under the account owners section on the signature card?
Do or Do not There is no try.

It would not be a violation. Could be a contract issue. I would think some of this could be how your platform system prepares the documents and where it lists the authorized signers.

You need to ask your legal counsel, as the answer would only be possible by reviewing and reading your actual account agreement and associated forms.
