On a business signature card is it a requirement to list all of the account signers of the business under the account ownership section of the form? Is it a violation to list account signers under the account owners section on the signature card?

It would not be a violation. Could be a contract issue. I would think some of this could be how your platform system prepares the documents and where it lists the authorized signers.
