If you have a form certificate of trust you offer to your customers, do you require it to be notarized? Or, do you not require a notarization since you "know your customer?" Not all of our account reps are notaries and we're trying to allow our customers to execute certificates of trust in the branch without having to leave to get it notarized.

CK - I don't think you can rely on a certification of trust unless it is acknowledged (not just notarized.) See subsection (c): http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/...ionNum=18100.5.
