In addition to BOL chart rlcarey referenced, you might look at :

IBAT's Chart

The only lobby sign required by Texas law that I know of is the No Oral Agreements. See: TX. Business & Commerce Code 26.02 and TAC §3.34(b).
You will also need to look at TAC 11:37 for the complaint notice rules.
