I know that there are other threads on this topic, but I'm trying to get some up to date information. Excluding non-jurisdiction sanctions (Non-Proliferation, Rough Diamonds, etc.) I count 21 jurisdiction sanctions (I know the Balkans is made up of multiple jurisdictions, but I'll take care that on the back end) and I'm trying to determine which of these jurisdictions are subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions and which are not.

Based on my understanding of OFAC sanctions, I see Iran, Burma (Myanmar), Syria, Sudan, North Korea, Belarus and Cuba as subject to comprehensive sanctions, whereas the remaining jurisdictions would be subject to targeted sanctions.

I'd be curious to know if any one as come up with a different list and if so, what OFAC documentation did they use to determine there list of jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions?
