Yes, we are seeing it bounce up and down during the day. I went by a Speedway last week on the way to church, was 2.29, on the way home from church it jumped to 2.49 then when I went back by it later in the evening it was 2.39 Over all our average has been going up. Most are at the 2.49 price.

Baker Hughes announced another 12,000 layoffs today. So far, I think total industry layoffs are in the 150,000 range.
Oil needs to be above $65 to make those fracking and horizontal drilling rigs pay.

NPR said this morning (yes, I listen to NPR sometimes) that they believe the prices have risen to their peak, but will stay there before falling in the fall again.

Our prices went down over the holiday weekend. Very strange. And I just discovered a new gas station that appears to be owned by Ralph's supermarket. I filled up yesterday for $3.49 a gallon. What a bargain! The others were at $3.79 or so.

I guess I am her sugar daddy now, just with out the sugar part. ^_- just put a little of that sugar in the gas tank...BOOM! problem solved (for those who are unaware, sugar crystalizes when put into a fuel system, clogging gas lines, carburetor, and fuel injection systems, ruining the engine. only fix is installing new engine. Don't ask how I know this, I will not reply)

A barrel of oil is projected to stay under $70 until 2020.
Yeah, so lets build as many wind mills and solar panels as we can. Cause those are so economical.
