Trust department audit step says: Verify first mortgage loans on bond issues, including current adequate insurance coverage. In my ICQ, I asked and the reply was "No first mortgage loans. We do have single family issue with GNMA which are mortgage backed."

So I'm thinking that's one in the same, correct?
