Most of our loan officers are licensed to sell credit life/A&H insurance for their loans. We now also have force-placed insurance for vehicle and mortgage loans when the customer's policy lapses.

We have one new loan officer that does not have an insurance license and therefore doesn't sell credit life/A&H but that loan officer may have loans that could have force-placed insurance. Does that new loan officer need to have an insurance license?

The bank force placing insurance would be insurance they are purchasing, not selling.
