Is this reportable or not? We have a loan where it's a 2nd DOT for cash out for attorney fees. Would this be reportable or not? I do not think it is. I just would like a second opinion...I'm on overload today!! Thanks.

Based on your description, I don't see a reportable purpose. Not a purchase, not for improvement...the only qualifier is if you paid off an existing lien with any part of the proceeds and met the refinance test.
