We are a small servicer and we do in-house servicing of residential loans. However, we have some loans that are serviced by a third party provider. Since portion of the servicing requirements (early intervention) how would our loans being serviced by the third party be handled? since the servicer is a large servicer would they need to handle those loans under their scope?

You would have to refer to your loan servicing contract with them.
